Can I use any Services without paying?
yes, bring your own self-hosted machine and connect as private node.

Which Data is being stored?
- Personal Information:
first_name
last_name
email
- Subscriptions, Usage of Metered Services, Service Configuration

no payment related data is stored in the console database.
Which third parties are processing my data?
- Scaleway for transactional emails (email, name) for account related activity notifications
- Stripe for payment processing (email, name, information you provide on stripe.com)

What happens to my data if I delete my account?
- your account will be marked for removal and inactive, logins will not be possible anymore
- after a grace period of 30 days the account data will be fully anonymized
- data processed by stripe will be retained for 10 years according to german finance regulation
Billing
How is my payment information secured?
all payment related data is handled by stripe, this includes:
- first name
- last name
- billing address (if provided for invoice purposes)
- payment information (ie credit card)
When will i be charged?
Monthly Charges
- monthly billing cycle starts on the first of the month and ends on the last day of the month
- new subscription will be charged right away but only for the remaining days of the month
- metered usage will be charged at the end of the month
- monthly subscriptions and metered usage will be combined into a single invoice
Yearly Charges
- yearly billing cycle starts on the day of the subscription and ends one year later (365 days)
- each yearly subscription will be billed separately at the start of each billing cycle
What payment methods do you accept?
stripe has been limited to support the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards
- Giropay (Germany)
PayPal(under consideration without ETA)
What happens if my payment fails?
- you will receive an email about the failed payment
- there is a grace period of 2 days for failed payments, after which the service will be frozen
- after 7 days the services will be suspended and all service data will be removed permanently
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
- your subscription will be marked as cancelled and not renewed after the billing cycle
- you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of the billing cycle
